Company Overview:

Remedy is an award-winning digital media agency serving some of the world’s most innovative brands through video production, photography, design and brand development. We’re on a mission to create exceptional commercial, branded and social media content while providing a customer experience that is personal, thorough and efficient.

Who You Are:

You’re an artist. You have daydreams about how complex ideas, products, and brands can be communicated through smart and simple design. You love creating engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media; including illustrations, logos, and layouts for video, photos, web, and social media. You can make graphics out of thin air – from simple social templates in Canva to web layouts to brand design assets. You appreciate a client with strong brand guidelines, but you know how to apply your design savvy when a brand’s aesthetic isn’t so clearly defined. You’re not content to simply execute someone else’s ideas. You know how to communicate a visual concept before production begins and apply a distinct style to each project. Most importantly, you’re an effective and upbeat collaborator across multiple rounds of revisions.

What We Require You To Know:

4+ Years of Graphic Design Experience (Provide Portfolio).
Expert in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (and some After Effects should bring your application to the top of the pile).
In-depth knowledge of digital design principles.
Ability to work with creative directors and project managers to develop internal and external designs, logos, documents, pitches, storyboards, illustrations, icons, website designs, etc.
Deliver concept frames and full storyboards that communicate a well-conceived visual approach. Develop vector assets that meet brand requirements and are easily manipulated in Adobe Creative Suite.
Previous experience designing for website layouts and familiarity with HTML and CSS.

What You Are Going To Do:

You will create design assets, logos, documents, website layouts, social media layouts, presentations, brand books, creative briefs and more for both Remedy’s internal brands and external client projects. You will drive projects from a creative design aspect with input from the Remedy team.
