Our 7,200 sq ft headquarters is thoughtfully designed – by us, for us – to be the most well equipped digital media agency office in Georgia.  Featuring 5 state-of-the-art Post Production Suites with in-wall sound dampening and Fiber server connectivity, a 350 sq ft creative meeting room (equipped with a regulation size Ping Pong conference table), 5 private offices, a marketing den, fully-stocked kitchen, and a large “family room”. We’ve also got great schools, amazing parks, a massive lake for water-sports, easy parking, and best of all NO TRAFFIC.

REMEDY is a full-service video production agency founded in 2007, producing commercial, social, and digital content for innovative brands like Uber, Chick-fil-A, and Google. With a team of seasoned creatives, REMEDY develops award-winning creative strategies to bring brands’ content campaigns to life. The state-of-the-art Virtual Production Studio enables creative content creation at scale.

 

Qualifications

  • 10+ Years in Client Services, Account Management, or Marketing/Advertising Roles

  • Experience managing relationships with enterprise or agency clients

  • Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously with different timelines and deliverables

  • Strong understanding of brand storytelling and marketing strategy

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to forecast, budget, and track project profitability

  • Experience collaborating with creative and production teams

  • Comfort with project management tools, CRM systems, and reporting metrics

  • Proven ability to identify upsell and growth opportunities within client accounts

 

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts for the lifeline of assigned projects.

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, positioning our company as a trusted strategic partner.

  • Partner with the President/ECD and Creative Directors on pitches, treatments, and proposals.

  • Translate client objectives into clear project briefs for the production and creative teams.

  • Translate creative/technical language into clear communication for clients.
  • Manage project timelines, ensuring deliverables meet scope, budget, and expectations.

  • Monitor account profitability and address scope creep with client and teams.

  • Proactively present new ideas, services, or content opportunities to clients.

  • Collaborate with marketing to create case studies and reels from successful client work.

  • Track account KPIs such as repeat business, upsell %, and client satisfaction.

  • Ensure a seamless client experience from kickoff through final delivery.

Post Production Supervisor (Hybrid)

Role Description

This is not an entry-level role. Applicants, please only apply if you have experience in POST PRODUCTION SUPERVISION at a brand or agency.

This is a full-time HYBRID (3 days in-office + 2 days remote) role for a Post Supervisor.

Vision

Through strong creative vision, hands-on leadership, excellent client communication, and the optimization of post-production processes, the Post Supervisor ensures seamless and on-time project execution, maintains strict quality control of deliverables, and fosters a collaborative, high-performing post-production culture.

Who You Are

You’re a natural leader and collaborator who can ensure every project flows through post-production with clarity, efficiency, and excellence. You have the ability to empower our creative team, oversee post production contractors, and safeguards budgets, timelines, and client relationships. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can oversee multiple projects at once and bring order to complex workflows. You’re organized, communicative, and driven to support your team while maintaining strong client-facing professionalism. You are comfortable managing both creative and logistical aspects of post-production. You take pride in empowering editors, solving problems, and ensuring that every project exceeds expectations.

What We Require You To Know:

  • 5+ years of post-production experience, with leadership managing projects and contractor teams
  • Strong editing background with proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop); familiarity with DaVinci Resolve.
  • Deep understanding of post workflows: editing, color, sound, finishing, QC, asset management, file structures
  • Asset Management; Offloading media, Backups, NAS Server Management, LTO Archival, Frame.io client sharing
  • Experience managing remote editors and remote post production workflows.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills; proven ability to oversee multiple projects at once
  • Strong client-facing communication skills; experience managing expectations and guiding clients through the post process
  • Understanding and practical usage of AI tools for post-production workflows (editing, VFX, QC, or automation)
  • Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and integrate new tools (including AI-driven workflows)

What You Are Going To Do:

  • Oversee all video projects in post-production, ensuring they stay on time, on budget, and on brand.
  • Manage and mentor editors, colorists, sound, VFX, etc guiding both workflow and creative quality.
  • Partner with creative leadership to ensure projects maintain their vision while executing efficiently.
  • Lead client communication throughout the post production process providing updates, gathering feedback, and building confidence in delivery
  • Set and enforce post-production standards, from naming conventions to QC processes, ensuring consistency across projects
  • Organize and manage all assets, archives, LTO backups, and servers for secure and efficient workflows
  • Track and manage post-production budgets in collaboration with the Line Producer
  • Research and recommend new technologies and tools to streamline the post process and elevate creative results
